STEVENS FINE HOMES MODELS ARE OPEN, IN-PERSON TOURS ARE AVAILABLE!
Stevens Fine Homes is dedicated to the health of our team members and clients. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask that the following precautions be followed when entering one our beautiful model homes.
- Social Distancing: The Stevens Fine Homes team will be keeping a 3-6 foot distance from all clients, realtors, etc. While we are glad to see you, we will refrain from handshaking at this time.
- In-Person Tours By Appointment: While we are on-site during business hours, we are able to conduct in-person tours by appointment only. Please call the on-site agent and we will be happy to do a virtual tour or arrange a time to conduct an in-person tour.
- Essential Parties Only: We ask that only essential parties attend any tour, and to please limit the number of people entering the model at any time to no more than three.
- Sanitation: We ask that all parties wash their hands for 20 seconds upon arrival and departure. Please allow adequate time for us to sanitize between parties. If you had any symptoms of illness or have a temperature of 100.4 or greater, we respectfully ask that you reschedule your in-person tour, and in the meantime, we will be happy to conduct a virtual tour.
